The classic metal kazan stove is specifically designed for round-bottom cast iron pots (kazans). Usage and maintenance:

• Heating: Use only dry wood for heating the stove. Burning other materials is strictly prohibited. 

• Cleaning: After use, allow the stove to cool down completely, remove the ash from the firebox, and clean the body with a dry cloth.

Clean the ash from the stove after every use. The interaction of chemical compounds in the ash with moisture accelerates metal corrosion. A clean and well-maintained stove stays like new longer and is always ready for the next use. 

• Storage: To prevent rusting, store the stove in a dry room protected from rain or under shelter, and avoid moisture accumulation on the stove body.
