I  ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

1.1    Orders can be paid for via online payment (e.g., bank link, BLIK, etc.) or traditional bank transfer.

1.2    Online payments in Poland (Paysera / Przelewy24): Online payments from Polish banks are processed through the secure Paysera / Przelewy24 payment environment. By choosing online payment, you will be redirected to the Przelewy24 payment system, where you can select your preferred payment method. Through the Przelewy24 system, BLIK and most Polish bank links are available.

1.3    Online payments from other countries (foreign payments): Foreign payments are processed through the secure Paysera payment environment. Before initiating the payment, please select the country whose bank link you wish to use. After selecting the country, available payment options for that country will be displayed. If your preferred payment option is not listed, you can only pay for the order via traditional bank transfer.

1.4    Traditional bank transfer: In the case of a traditional bank transfer, an order confirmation containing exact payment instructions will be sent to you by e-mail after the order is confirmed.

1.5    When paying by bank transfer, please note that payments in Polish Zloty (PLN) or Euros (EUR) must be paid to different bank accounts.

II  PAYMENT SECURITY

2.1    To ensure maximum security, all information related to payments moves only along secure and encrypted SSL channels.

2.2    The Saunaks.pl e-shop does not store customers' payment data (including credit or deebet card details, usernames, passwords, etc.). Payment takes place outside of our web environment, on the secure servers of the respective payment service provider (Paysera / Przelewy24).

III  CURRENCY AND TAXES

3.1    All prices indicated on the website are in Polish Zloty (PLN) or Euros (EUR), depending on the currency you have selected. All prices presented in our e-shop include the VAT applicable in the Republic of Poland at the time of placing the order.

3.2    The final price displayed in the shopping cart includes the product price and the selected transport fee. There are no hidden fees in our e-shop. All fees are presented to you before the payment is initiated. After the payment is made, no additional fees will be added to the cost of the order.

IV  PAYMENT DEADLINE / ORDER CONFIRMATION

4.1    In the case of online payments, the order is confirmed immediately after the successful payment.

4.2    When paying by traditional bank transfer, please pay the invoice within 3 days. If the payment has not been received within this period, we have the right to cancel the order.
