Delivery Policy
I DELIVERY TIME
1.1 The delivery time of products depends on the quantity of products ordered and the Seller's current inventory. The stock status or estimated delivery time of products and services is generally reflected on the product page. In its absence, the delivery time specified in these terms shall apply.
1.2 The Buyer must take into account that products purchased by the Buyer are reserved in the Seller's warehouse only after payment for the order, therefore a situation may arise where the stock level was sufficient when starting to formalize the order, but because several Buyers bought the same product at the same time, the stock level has changed by the time of payment.
1.3 If the ordered product is available in the Seller's warehouse, the order will be fulfilled within 2-7 working days from the receipt of the payment to the Seller's bank account (after the contract enters into force).
1.4 If the ordered product is not in the Seller's warehouse, the order will be fulfilled no later than within thirty days or within the delivery time indicated on the product page from the receipt of the payment to the Seller's bank account (after the contract enters into force).
1.5 If for any reason (technical error, someone's malice, simultaneous purchases, or other error) the stock level reflected on the website is incorrect and the warehouse does not have the quantity of products ordered by the Buyer, the Seller shall notify the Buyer within 7 working days at the latest and provide a new delivery time. If the new delivery time is not suitable for the Buyer, the Seller has the right to cancel the transaction. In the event of cancellation of the transaction, the Seller shall immediately refund the money paid by the Buyer for the order. Upon cancellation of the transaction for the stated reason, the contract is considered terminated and the parties have no claims against each other.
II DELIVERY
2.1 After the order enters into force, the products are delivered to the address notified by the Buyer during the formalization of the order via a courier company.
2.2 Before delivering the products, the courier company will contact the Buyer to specify the delivery time of the products. In order for the courier company to contact the Buyer, the Seller transmits the Buyer's contact details and other necessary personal data to the courier company.
2.3 To avoid delays and misunderstandings in the delivery of products, ensure the accuracy of the contact details provided when formalizing the order. The Seller is not responsible for delays in the delivery of products and misunderstandings if the delay or misunderstanding is caused by inaccuracies or errors in the data provided by the Buyer when formalizing the order.
III RECEIVING THE SHIPMENT
3.1 When receiving the shipment from the courier, inspect the condition of the shipment. If you notice upon receipt of the shipment that the packaging of the shipment is damaged, be sure to make a corresponding note on the delivery document or prepare an act in free form and take the courier's name and signature on the act. In the act, be sure to indicate the damage to the shipment and the shipment number. For later identification of damage to the packaging and products, be sure to take photos of the damage to the packaging and products and forward them to the Seller within three days.
3.2 The Seller is not responsible for damage caused during the transport of the product, and the Buyer may not demand compensation for damages if the Buyer fails to note the discovered damages on the delivery document or prepare a corresponding act upon receipt of the shipment, or fails to take photos of the damage to the packaging and products or fails to submit them to the Seller on time.
IV OPENING THE SHIPMENT
4.1 The Buyer must open the packaging of the shipment carefully without damaging it in order to preserve the product packaging, as well as factory labels and serial numbers placed on the product, to rule out the impossibility of return in case of a wish to withdraw from the contract.
V DESTINATION COUNTRIES AND TRANSPORT COST
5.1 The destination countries where it is possible to order goods from our e-shop are: Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.
5.2 If you wish to order goods to another country, please contact the seller.
5.3 Calculation of the transport fee is based on volumetric weight. Since the dimensions of the product as well as the weight of the product and packaging (e.g., pallets) are taken into account when calculating the transport fee (volumetric weight), the transport weight may not coincide with the weight of the product itself.
5.4 The cost of transport depends on the quantity of products and services, the Buyer's location, and the delivery method. The amount of the transport fee can be estimated at the checkout before submitting the order (initiating the payment).
5.5 The standard transport fee for small packages weighing up to 30 kg starts from 36.90 PLN / 8,38 EUR and for pallets from 196,80 PLN / 44,67 EUR. The Seller reserves the right to offer free shipping or promotional terms according to the information displayed on the website and at the checkout.
