Kazan stove DAVR METALL 12L (with chimney)

Kazan stove – a reliable and practical assistant for outdoor cooking

The classic metal kazan stove is specifically designed for round-bottom cast iron pots (kazans). The stove ensures efficient wood burning and directs heat evenly around the bottom and sides of the kazan. Unlike cooking over an open campfire, the stove protects the fire from the wind and ensures temperature stability.

Why choose a dedicated kazan stove?

• Even heat distribution: Thanks to the cylindrical body, the pot is surrounded by an even temperature, ensuring uniform heating.

• Controlled temperature: Unlike cooking over an open campfire, the stove allows you to easily adjust and control the temperature.

• Safe and stable: The sturdy construction ensures stable and safe support for a heavy cast iron pot.

• Convenient to use: The stove is suitable for use on any non-combustible flat surface in the yard, on the terrace, or at a campsite.

• Compact design: Thanks to the easily removable legs and chimney, which fit inside the stove when packed, it is convenient to store and easy to take to a cottage, fishing trip, or campsite.

Usage and maintenance:

• Preparation: Place the stove on a flat and non-combustible surface. Before lighting the fire, make sure the outer surface of the stove is not greasy – grease can ignite as the stove heats up.

• Heating: Use only dry wood for heating the stove. Burning other materials is strictly prohibited.

• Cleaning: After use, allow the stove to cool down completely, remove the ash from the firebox, and clean the body with a dry cloth.

Clean the ash from the stove after every use. The interaction of chemical compounds in the ash with moisture accelerates metal corrosion. A clean and well-maintained stove stays like new longer and is always ready for the next use.

• Storage: To prevent rusting, store the stove in a dry room protected from rain or under shelter, and avoid moisture accumulation on the stove body.

• Safety: The outer surface of the stove becomes hot during use. Do not leave a hot stove unattended and make sure children stay at a safe distance at all times.
