Hot Smoke Oven Stoveman – Authentic flavors in your home

The Stoveman hot smoke oven is designed for true food enthusiasts who value high-quality smoking of fish, meat, and poultry. It is an indispensable companion for the home garden, summer cottage, or tourism farm, offering the opportunity to prepare juicy and delicious dishes that are truly mouth-watering.

Thoughtful design and functionality:

The Stoveman hot smoke oven is a classic two-chamber double-walled smoker where the smoking process has been made as simple as possible.

Lower chamber: The lower chamber, or firebox, is intended for heating the oven. Since the smoke generated in the firebox does not pass through the cooking chamber but moves through the flue between the inner and outer walls and out through the chimney, all types of wood are suitable for heating.

Upper chamber: The upper chamber, or cooking chamber, is intended for smoking the products.

To give the food a smoky flavor, smoking chips are placed on the bottom of the cooking chamber (on top of the firebox ceiling), which release smoke when heated. Since no oxygen is added to the cooking chamber when the door is closed, there is no need to worry about the smoking chips catching fire.

WARNING! Opening the cooking chamber door during the process (adding oxygen to the chamber) may cause the smoking chips to ignite. If the chips catch fire, close the cooking chamber door immediately and wait until the chips go out. Do not throw water into the cooking chamber to extinguish the chips. Throwing water into a hot cooking chamber creates a large amount of hot steam, which can cause burns.

Optimal size: The cooking chamber features five stainless steel racks measuring 36.5 x 39 cm, and there is an 8 mm rod in the ceiling of the chamber for hanging hooks (hanging hooks are not included with the oven).

Pure flavor: Thanks to the included fat pan, fat does not drip onto the hot bottom of the cooking chamber, preventing the fat from igniting and avoiding a bitter taste in the food.

The smoke from the logs used for heating does not pass through the cooking chamber, meaning you get a pure smoke flavor exactly from the smoking chips of your choice.

RECOMMENDATION! To make the fat pan easier to clean and maintain, fill it with dry sand or line it with aluminum foil during use. This prevents dripping fat from burning onto the pan.

Double walls ensure stable temperature: The side and back walls of the smoker are built with double walls, with hot smoke from the firebox moving between the two layers. Thanks to the double walls on three sides, maximum heat retention and a stable temperature in the cooking chamber are guaranteed, regardless of external weather conditions.

Technical excellence and durability:

Stoveman does not compromise on quality. The oven is built to last for years.

High-quality material: The inner and outer walls are made of 3 mm sheet steel, while the hottest parts (firebox floor and ceiling) are made of extra-durable 4 mm sheet steel.

Heat-resistant finish: The exterior is covered with special high-temperature resistant paint that maintains its appearance even under intensive use.

Precise control: The oven comes with a mechanical thermometer (0–220 °C) that allows you to keep the cooking process under full control.

Recommendations:

During the first heating, do not start a very large fire immediately. Since all heat-resistant paints require post-curing in a hot environment, heat the oven gradually during the first use so that the paint achieves its final strength and durability.

The operating temperature of the hot smoke oven starts from 100 °C. At lower temperatures, the smoking chips may not heat up enough to release smoke.

To keep the smoker looking like new, we recommend covering it with a special nylon cover after use and cooling to protect it from environmental influences.
